A great alternative for breakfast
Baked Oatmeal
2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbs ground flax seeds
1/2 cup packed brown sugar (I used the Splenda brown sugar)
1/3 cup of raisins
1 tbs chopped walnuts
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups of non-fat milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbs melted butter
1 egg beaten
Preheat oven to 375. Coat 8x8 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Combine the first seven ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to oat mixture. Stir well. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. 4g fat, 5g fiber
