The summer season can represent for example, harvest, celebration, vitality, ease, love. It can also bring up thoughts of appreciation. The beginning of summer starts shortly. So, it's a good thing to appreciate or remember to appreciate what we do have up to this point, as opposed to being concerned about what we don't have, because it brings in that "ray" of sunlight, the warmth of hope for better days ahead in one's life. Appreciation enhances the energy of attracting the good in one's life.
Appreciation for something, or a situation, an experience, another human being, an animal, or any of our relations, brings appreciation back on some level of one's being. As one knows, if appreciation is sincere, it sends out a wonderful wave of energy to what is being appreciated and there is a reciprocal action that also occurs on an energetic level that can expand in positive ways. Even in the toughest of times, and no matter what the circumstance there is always a choice. So, for example, even in the toughest of times, and even if one doesn't feel like it, choose anyway to remember to appreciate sincerely in some way the good one does have or sees, or experiences. I appreciate you and I'm sending warm wishes to you on the "wave" of the summer season. Karen
