Are you feeling the holiday spirit—yet?! Or do you feel like you’re hiding under a rock, waiting for the heaviness and/or obligations to lift? You’re peeking out from under that rock waiting to spot the Christmas “Spirit” to fill the stocking of your own spirit with fairy gold dust of healing, joy, and intrinsic boxes of positive attitude goodies. For some Pisces, Virgo, Gemini and Sagittarius people, I wouldn’t be surprised, if in some area of your life, it has felt like a rock or big boulder needs to be pushed, pulled, put aside, or worked with in some way.

For every one of us, there may have been some of those very similar feelings in some area of our lives that we have had to face and deal with. With the planet Pluto entering its final phase of a long transit in the sign Sagittarius now and as it weaves back and forth for most of 2008, we are all, in some area of our lives, realizing some big things concerning our spiritual beliefs, our sense of material need and the damage happening to mother earth. Through struggle, we are slowly becoming aware from somewhere deep within ourselves that we are all connected, and that something big does feel like its coming. This feeling of “something coming” relates to our spirituality, our lives, and can affect many, many, people on this our mother earth. Is it no wonder then, that from somewhere deep down in your DNA, so to speak, you’re definitely feeling as if you’re “laying low” in some way, and yet sensing the urges, the push, the process of deep transformation operating in some way in your life.

With all that is going on this planet—spiritual struggles and breakthroughs, traumas and treasured moments, deaths and births, mother earth cleansing herself-- we’re in it. Then there are financial concerns, seesaws between the poor the rich, and the real estate, crisis thrown in for good measure, scientific breakthrough, and more. We are certainly in the throes of transformation, and we’re kicking’ and screaming all the way.

You may be feeling the chaos, the concern and the feeling of being up in the air in ways. Yet, deep down, you are also sensing, feeling and wondering. What is this? The seeds of growth, transformation and hope for a new tomorrow are churning deep within. It’s not just a whimsical feeling either. You can feel something is really “up” or “down deep within”, and it’s causing some kind of change inside. You can’t quite see it yet or it hasn’t really manifested, but something within is wanting to break free from a chrysalis state, if you will, and be freer, spiritually more aware, unified, lighter, not has heavy as before. Whether this soul searching is happening due to outer circumstances, physical happenings, or inner spiritual desire, it’s there and you certainly can be feeling it.

December brings a mixed bag of messages with its impelling trends. From a numerical viewpoint we are in a 3 universal month in a 9 universal year, On the positive it can help to usher in the “Christmas/Holiday Spirit” so, more than some of you might be able to get up and out from under that rock for a while, maybe even for good in ways you didn’t think possible because of the help from others. I call these human helpers, “angels of mercy”.

The number 3, on the positive, does represent joy, creativity and is considered fertile. It is about imagination, too, and most of all it is about faith –sensing, knowing that in every grey cloud there is a silver lining, that there is no such thing as a down without an up, and “… there is never a problem in one hand without a gift in the other…”, as Richard Bach, author of the book Illusions would say.

Even with the planet mars being retrograde in December, 2007 which can seem as if energy has slowed down a bit or is stalled completely, you can still feel the holiday Spirit coming your way. The “3” energy of the month will help see to it, as long as you help it along as well, by keeping your own spirits and optimism up as best you can!. Even under the darkest rock, look for the light, it’s there! Even if it seems saddest, realize and hang on to knowing through your faith, that there is light at the end of the tunnel!

There are going to be more people being content to stay at home for the holidays rather than travel. Young love, and/or romance on various levels of understanding can be enhanced as well. During the first two to three weeks and with the 3 energy present in December, more than some of you can become pregnant with an actual child or become fertile with creative ideas being pondered now and brought forth sometime in 2008.

For more than some of you, there may be a recycling of people. Social structures may be coming to a completion, an end. Friendships could be cycling in and out as well. There will be connections possibly between long lost brothers, sisters or friends whom you haven’t met or have not seen or heard from in a while. News of all kinds can be delivered concerning your own children, siblings and/or friends.

Family traditions for the holidays are either enhanced, re-emerge or are done in memory of those who have crossed over to the other side. Christmas gift giving may have a practical bent, like getting the handyman tools you’ve wanted for example, or maybe an outfit that endures, or maybe something that helps you feel more secure in some way. Spiritual beliefs are enhanced, encouraged, or changed to fit the transforming process occurring within many of you.

In general, even if you are experiencing some adverse times this month, you can still attract what you need, when you need it. It may feel like you’ve come upon a bit of “luck”. Let’s just say many of you will have what you may term as a “lucky angel” on your side, and it doesn’t mean it has to do with gambling either. Capricorns, Pisces, Taurus, Virgos, for example, might feel a bit of the uplifting breeze of this angel’s wings of ‘help” come through when it is needed most, particularly a little later in the month.

So, keep the faith, and make joyous and sacred this December holiday. Just remember, that even though help might seem to come through human means, keep in mind what William Shakespeare once said: “But most it is presumption in us when the help of Heaven we count the act of men.” I wish you all a very warm, sacred and joyful holiday season.
