There are those who can forecast, and who do so excellently on world events, politics, economy and earth changes. Those who work well with world events, do so as their gift or skill to the people in sharing knowledge. My gift of the Spirit to you is to share what I know, more on a personal level.
Each individual is unique and yet makes up the whole of consciousness, the collective whole. As each individual becomes strengthened, or weakened, uplifted or down trodden, moving forward or back tracking, then as you know, the result is, so does the collective whole.
So, I'd like to share some of my thoughts, and what I see are some of the general, impelling trends awaiting you to take you further along on your journey as well as mine, for you and I are fellow travelers on the Path.
The year 2006 adds and reduces to the number 8 which is shown this way: 2+0+0+6 = 8.
It also has the number 26 (2+6=8) attached to it as well. For sake of simplicity I'm going to call the year 2006, a 26/8 universal year throughout the article.
Power given by Spirit to you, power given to the people as a whole, power given to evolve, but what will you do with it? You will be seeing more of the reality concerning it, and how power can affect you negatively or positively. This energy and issue will be hitting you one way or another, more squarely head on.
As was once said in the Star Wars movies by that famous master teacher creature called Yoda, "Luminous beings are we...not this crude matter...You must feel the Force around you. Through the Force, things you will see..." Yoda also went on to say, "If you choose the quick and easy path, you will become an agent of evil...control, control. You must learn control...Mind what you have learned. Save you it can..."
Those were pretty wise words from a character creature who became a master in the Star Wars series. This is my point. The 26/8 universal year is all about karma, control, and balance of power. It has been and continues to be even more strongly now about the Force. Which side do you choose? It is also the power within you and without, and all around you. Its general impelling trend hovers above any of your personal year forecasts you may receive whether they be astrological or numerical, whether they be a reading by tarot, for example, or a medium. No matter what other personal messages you are receiving in the upcoming year, it would be a good idea to keep in mind what the 26/8 universal year's vibration is doing also, as it filters through any various personal forecasts you may be reading, giving, or receiving.
The number 8 laid on its side is the symbol for infinity. It is the balance between your spiritual self and your personal everyday self. It represents the mastery of self. It is all about control, and whether you are in control in a balanced manner, or out of control on some level. Being a 26/8 in particular makes it even more karmic, if you will, in nature. So, the universal message is giving you a personal one this next year, and a big one at that.
The 26/8 universal year also relates to part of the prayer in the Lord's prayer which states, ..."Thy kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven...". Responsibility above and responsibility below for our actions, is in part, also the message given. This next year, filtering through your life will bring a harvesting to you in some way. What you have sown, so you shall reap on some level in 2006. This next year's vibrational frequency literally holds the secret to power and balance. It contains within it for your own life, the power to actualize, to transcend to greater heights or plummet to the depths. There are no half-way measures to the hidden force behind this upcoming 26/8 universal year.
As Numerologist and author Juno Jordan stated of the number 8: "The number Eight must not allow the seven days of creation to fail. It has charge of the expansion of the works of creation..." I personally see through my experiences and research over time, that the number 8 does represent the works of creation manifested, meaning, dreams, thoughts ideas, do come into being during such a cycle. Again, how will you want them to actually manifest?! Like no other time before in recent years, coming up this next year, is where you will experience just how true this is when you see just how your own thoughts, ideas, and feelings about yourself have made themselves manifest in your own outer world.
Let's use a hypothetical example to show you how this can work. Let's say someone tells you that you will have the opportunity to become more creative on your job. It's a secret wish you wanted. Well, as the 8 filters through this next year, it's possible a higher up, or authority figure is on your side (the 8 rules authority figures) and you land that creative position. Not only that, it's a step up the ladder as well which may have surprised you. However, now that you've got it, what will you do with it? How will you handle the new creative power, and position? That's the key. Yes, you've earned the power and position, but how it is handled makes the difference between happiness, and it turning into one power tripping, power struggling mess.
One of the meanings to this 26/8 universal vibration in 2006, is that if you've earned it, nothing takes it away from you. It's yours to claim. Many of you will experience a coming out of a dark night of the soul and rise to newer spiritual and material heights. Others will be struggling to gain that "leg up". You will see this right in front of you in your own world around you, whether it be with family, friends, or even co-workers. Some of them gaining, some struggling depending on what has been earned and manifested. You will begin to see more happening in various arenas of the world, whether it be politics, religion, or the economy. This is also based on what is being earned and manifested. You already are seeing what is happening with mother earth. It will truly be even more of an adventure for you and me as fellow travelers on the Path.
There is no getting around it. We need to face the reality of our situations each as individuals and begin balancing what is out of control, handling responsibility better, and understanding the proper use of power, which few understand what power really is, let alone how to handle it. Also, it is to realize you are worthy of gifts, praise, and promotions as well, on whatever level you've got it coming to you in 2006. So dance the good dance when that happens. Enjoy what you have earned!
In addition, Saturn is in Leo in the universal year, 2006. Saturn is the perfect teacher, some say lord of karma, and that it brings just desserts. It is steadying on the positive, limiting on the negative, as some might feel. However, in the long run, Saturn helps you grow steady and sure, one step at a time. You just might not like, however, how it's helping you learn your lessons. Leo is about many attributes, some of which are dignity, leadership on the positive, ruler ship benevolently, warm, caring, and expansive. Saturn in Leo coupled with the 26/8 universal year, however, will bring a reality check on the spiritual, emotional, physical, and money "needs" for control.
If the ego is too big or too wanting, then these two energies alone of the 26/8 and Saturn in Leo will do the job necessary. As impelling trends, they certainly will help bring that "too much" of anything down a peg or two in some way. Again, rising to power and a fall from the pedestal as well can occur.
By the way, you will see for example, more women, coming forward and/or taking a step up the ladder of authority spiritually, politically and in various roles of leadership. Also, the 26/8 universal year can bring a very important person(s) in your life who can change it over time. On the most positive, good, and lasting relationships can form which can bring fulfillment.
You and I will experience more of the ego in some way, more of the struggle to balance our light and dark sides and to emerge with renewed strength, confidence and ability to stand and collect the "good karma". You can also see the opposite extreme occur around you as well. Make no mistake. We are moving into a very real stage of spiritual and material reality checks of seeing just how far we have come as individuals on this planet at this time on whatever level that is for you. By doing so, we are therefore, also part of that collective conscious whole and able to see right in front of you personally and as a collective whole how you and we are faring as human beings on this, our mother earth as well. I wish you good harvest in 2006.
